Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to third grade! This year will be exciting for all of us as we begin the traditional school way! We look forward to challenging your child to develop academically and socially as they make the transition to more independent learning. We will begin our school year off the right way to ensure safety for all students and families. We hope to make your child’s learning experience a fun and exciting one and we hope to instill a love of learning.  So many things happen in Third Grade as they transition from the primary grades!

Celebrate your child’s success, no matter how small it may seem. This will keep your child enthusiastic about learning and proud of their work!  Read to and with your child every day by listening to them read, also warn those multiplication facts!!
