     ●        Ensure all student-athletes have updated documentation in the DragonFly platform.

     ●        Required documents for participation:

                      -        COVID Waiver

                      -        Pre-participation Physical Form

                      -        Concussion Awareness Form

                      -        Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness

                      -        CCPS Insurance Waiver

                      -        Heat & Illness Awareness Form

     ●        Inside athletic events will require masks.

     ●        There are no restrictions for outdoor athletic events.

     ●        Equipment and Locker Rooms are sanitized after each use using sprayers/methods provided.

     ●        Middle school football will begin July 26, 2021 and all other sports will begin August 1, 2021.
