Simultaneously, the teacher will collect data and chart each students’ progress leading their way towards being proficient.

The Program will meet on the following Tuesday’s: September 26; October 3, 17, 24, 31; November 7, 14, 28; December 5, 12, 2017.

When we return from Christmas Vacation we will desegregate the data and determine if the students have progressed.

The student will report to their teacher at 2:50pm and have their snack till 3:00pm have student use this time to sign the sign in sheet.

The teacher will be ready to begin instruction at exactly 3Pm until 3:50pm then walk the student to the cafeteria to be dismissed.

The student will receive instruction on the standards that are being taught that week in accordance with the pacing guide in that subject.

The reading portion of the program will integrate Social Studies and Science while teaching those critical thinking strategies to apply to the reading standards. (Main idea and Key Details, Cause and Effect, Problem and solution, etc.)

Ms. Jones and Ms. O’Neal will be in the cafeteria to make sure every student is dismissed.

The students will sign in and out every session.

Data will be looked at monthly to see if the student is progressing and showing growth.

There will be a pre-test and post-test given to the students to assess the success of the program.

The program will use the data from Front Row to assess the pre-test from Math and Reading Data.

Every teacher/student must set Goals to achieve in the program.

(Monthly goal to be set and data desegregated)

Teacher and student incentives/rewards will be given monthly when goals are met.
